Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or launch Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
Attempt to bypass security controls or scan system vulnerabilities without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely via third-party processors.
Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that your bandwidth usage during this trial period does not exceed 5 GB. Refund requests after 7 days or exceeding the usage limit will not be honored.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AETHEL LABS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services. Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AETHEL LABS LTD is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
